Eligibility:

• Refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Exceptions:

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Coverage Duration: The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

What's Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Modifications or unauthorized repairs made to the product.
• Loss or theft of the product.
• Consumable items like batteries, unless found to be defective upon arrival.

How to Claim:

• Contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
• Depending on the issue, we may ask you to return the item for inspection or provide photos.

Resolution Process:

• If a defect is confirmed, we will repair the item or provide a replacement.
• If the product is no longer available, we may offer a similar product or a refund at our discretion.
