Eligibility:

• Refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Process:

• To initiate a refund or exchange, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Exceptions:

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Sale items are eligible for exchange only, unless otherwise noted.

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 1 business day.
• Orders received by 3:00 PM EST are processed the same day.

Shipping Options:

• We provide free standard ground shipping on all orders.
• Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

Shipping Times:

• Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 days.
• Expedited shipping options include 2-day and overnight delivery.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Areas:

• We currently ship within the continental United States.
• All items shipped from Michigan, U.S.

Coverage Duration: The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

What's Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Normal wear and tear that affects the functionality of the product.
• Repairs or replacements for faulty items, at no extra cost to you.

What's Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Modifications or unauthorized repairs made to the product.
• Loss or theft of the product.
• Consumable items like batteries, unless found to be defective upon arrival.

How to Claim:

• Contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
• Depending on the issue, we may ask you to return the item for inspection or provide photos.

Resolution Process:

• If a defect is confirmed, we will repair the item or provide a replacement.
• If the product is no longer available, we may offer a similar product or a refund at our discretion.

Exclusions:

• Warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
